High voltage shrink tubing MATERlALS: lrradiated cross-linked modified polyolefin resin
Product Features
Insulation performance: Resistant to high voltage, high dielectric strength, suitable for insulation protection of power lines.
Temperature resistance range: Usually -40℃ to 125℃ (high-temperature type can reach above 150℃).
High voltage shrink tubing Shrinkage:≤10%
Voltage rating:1KV/10KV/35KV.
Flame retardancy: The product complies with UL certification and is self-extinguishing.
Inner diameter size: Before contraction, the inner diameter should be larger than the wrapped object; after contraction, the inner diameter should be smaller than the wrapped object
The wall thickness can be customized
High voltage shrink tubing Applications
This product is widely used in high and low voltage switchgear bus insulation protection, effectively preventthe bare row caused by personal injury accidents; To avoid the small animals and conductor lap caused byshort circuit, discharge failure occurs to prevent corrosion, contamination, flashover occurs,increase theinsulation margin, effectively shorten the distance between the pole, pole to ground distance for theswitchgear to create a good condition for small-scale design.
Cable joint protection: Insulation and waterproof sealing of medium and low voltage cable joints.
Busbar insulation: Wrap the copper busbars in the distribution cabinet to prevent short circuits.
Wiring harness marking: Colored heat shrink tubes are used to distinguish the phases of the lines (for example, yellow, green and red represent three phases).
Component protection: Protect the pins of components such as relays and switches.
Damage repair: Repair damaged outer sheaths or aged insulation layers of wires.
